*Medical – Employees have three Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND medical options to choose from, a PPO plan, and two High Deductible plans that can be paired with an HSA account. Depending on where you live in California, you have a third option of a Kaiser HMO and potentially a 4th option that allows for care in Mexico. These choices allow you to pick the medical benefit product that best fit your needs.
Dental – Employees have two Delta Dental insurance plans to choose from, a Core plan and a Buy-up plan. The plans have differing maximum benefit and orthodontia amounts available.
Vision – Employees have Vision insurance offered through VSP. As a VSP member, you would have access to a large network of vision providers that offer preferred pricing on services and hardware.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – We offer the ability to save on taxes by opening a Flexible Spending Account. These tax-advantaged accounts let you pay for your out-of-pocket health and dependent care costs with tax-free dollars.
Health Savings Account (HSA) – You are able to open one of these individually owned accounts if you are enrolled in either of our High Deductible Health Plans. This account allows an employee to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical expenses. With an HSA, you can deposit money tax free, it grows tax free and you can withdraw it tax free for eligible medical expenses!
Critical Illness – This type of coverage is not health insurance but pays a lump-sum benefit if an employee is diagnosed with a covered illness or condition (ex. cancer or heart attack). This coverage is available for you and your family.
Accident Insurance – This type of coverage is not health insurance but pays employees a benefit for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident. We offer High and Low plans and this coverage is available for you and your family.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance – This type of coverage pays a daily benefit if you have a covered stay in a hospital, critical care unit, or rehabilitation facility. This coverage is available for you and your family.
Life Insurance and AD&D – The company recognizes the importance of Life Insurance protection so we provide a Basic Life and AD&D insurance policy to all full-time employees completely paid for by the company. If employee’s wish to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their families, we offer additional coverage amounts to choose from.
Disability – Short and Long-Term disability coverage can provide financial protection for different periods of time. The company provides Short and Long-Term disability coverage for all full-time employees, paid 100% by the company. Short-Term Disability benefits can continue for up to 13 weeks if medically necessary. Long-Term Disability benefits could start if an employee has been disabled for 3 months or longer.
Sick Leave - Eligible employees will receive 40 hours of paid sick leave at the beginning of each calendar year.
Paid Time Off – Down Time is important, so the company provides a time-off policy for eligible employees. The PTO plan is based on the number of years an employee has worked as a full-time employee.
Paid Holidays – There are 7 paid holidays that are granted throughout the year to full-time employees.
Pet Insurance – This coverage reimburses you on your pet’s veterinary bills so you’ll have peace of mind knowing you can care for your pet no matter the cost.
Identity Protection Benefit – We offer a free identity theft protection service that will work with you if your identity becomes compromised. When you enroll in this service you also have access to free credit reports and credit monitoring for you and your family.

You can earn points that you turn into gift cards (up to $250 value/year) by participating in challenges and tracking progress towards fitness/activity goals. Also if you go to a participating gym, you can earn points for going 12+ days per month.

401(K) Plan– To help accumulate savings for retirement, we provide a retirement savings plan to all full-time employees 18 years and older who have worked for the company for 90 days. There are two different 401(K) options to choose from, Pre-tax 401(K) and Post-tax (Roth) 401(K).
To further help our employees save for retirement the company offers a match of up to 5%. We also utilize Auto-Enrollment and Auto-Increase so that something as important as saving for the future doesn’t slip an employee’s mind!
An employee also has many options when investing their money. From pre-assembled target date funds based on anticipated retirement date to individual stocks, bonds or stable-value funds or a combination of funds.
